About Pit Boss BBQ
Pit Boss Bar-B-Q was co-founded by Tim Sherrell and Gary Taylor in 1985. They opened their first restaurant in New Port Richey and still remain partners today. At Pit Boss Bar-B-Q our goal is to provide a great meal at a reasonable price with a fun atmosphere and great service. In 1994 Pit Boss Bar-B-Q was voted Small Business of the year by the St. Pete times and the Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Taylor, a member of the New Port Richey Rotary club, was voted “King Pithla” which is based on community service. Mr. Sherrell, a member of the Trinity Rotary club, is a nominee “King of Pithla” for 2006. Pit Boss Bar-B-Q is very proud of the community we serve and has helped
numerous fundraisers for non profits, civic organizations, schools and churches over the years.
